Afterwards, she became the owner and operator of a Pacific Northwest based behavioral healthcare company, which she ran with her husband for the better part of fifteen years. “We Are the Brennans,” which was her debut novel, was completed and finally published in 2021. She did all this, even as she studied in a novel writing program offered online. She currently lives with her husband and two sons in Bend, Oregon. Tracey was born in the Bronx but when her parents were appointed superintendents of an Upper East Side residential building, they had to move to Manhattan.
