Author Tera Lynn Childs is a three time RITA award winner and best selling author of young adult novels. She has written the “Forgive My Fins” series, the “Oh. My. Gods.” series, the “Darkly Fae” series, the “City Chicks” series, and the “Sweet Venom” trilogy. Childs has also co-written many other book series as well. She was born near Minneapolis, Minnesota, but did not stay there long because her parents are nomadic (as they are theater people). She started kindergarten in Montreal, and by then, she had already lived in Ohio, Colorado, and Indiana. The bulk of her elementary school life was spent in Sacramento and San Diego, California. She did make it back to Minneapolis briefly when she was in middle school, but then her family moved to Springfield, Missouri part way through.
