Author Sienna Mercer was an only child, and always wanted a sibling, mainly a twin. She feels having a twin would have been awesome, but sadly she was never able to have a twin sister. So, when she grew up, she wrote about a girl that reminded Sienna of herself, and gave her a fabulous and fun and long lost twin that she could come up with. From the time that she was just a teen, she started writing stories. It happened when a cheerleading practice got canceled due to rain, and has never stopped writing since then. She used to sit on her bed and write in her red leather notebooks, and now does her writing while she is in her attic. It is pretty dark in there and has some cobwebs; it is the best place to think about vampires in.
