🎯 Where Should I Start?
ⓘ About Nicola Jane
While growing up, her writing took a backseat and concentrated on raising her two kids. Her passion for reading romances became her escape from all of the stresses of her everyday life. She started thinking about what she’d like to add or change in the books that she read and then decided to give writing one more try. Nicola wrote down a few rough drafts, adding in all those things that she felt she wanted to read about. Then she showed them to her book nerd friends, who loved them, and this gave her enough confidence to actually write her first book. Nicola typically gets inspired to write through listening to music. If she ever struggles with writing a scene she’ll put on a song either about breakups or sad songs. It helps her set the right mood and get her in that right frame of mind.
