🎯 Where Should I Start?
ⓘ About Marianne de Pierres
Marianne de Pierres is a published author of fiction. She also writes crime stories under the pen name of Marianne Delacourt. She says that her journey with words started when she was eight years old with a rip-off of Enid Blyton that was called ‘The Splendid Six’. Her sister typed it out for her on an old typewriter and all the way through made word substitutions. Her boyfriend and future husband gave her the book Rendezvous with Rama by Arthur C. Clarke when she was twenty years old to read, and it opened up a world of imagination. Until her third son was born, though, the science fiction and her own writing didn’t come together. Marianne has since become part of the writing community.
