🎯 Where Should I Start?
ⓘ About Lisa Stone
That said, Lisa has not always been a reader. She didn’t read too much as a child, however during her teens she found this whole new world suddenly and read true life, crime, mystery, and the classics. Lisa finally made it onto the bestseller charts in 2007 with “Damaged”, a book that she wrote under the pen name of Cathy Glass. Under this name she writes foster memoirs about her experiences of the social services and fostering. She finds writing cathartic, as do a lot of people, so it was the medium that she turned to when she was attempting to come to terms with the awful experiences of some of the kids that she had fostered. She also wanted to raise public awareness, that many kids suffer and sometimes they’re let down by the system which should have protected them.
