Leela Hope

About Leela Hope An American writer with over twenty-two years and counting of experience, Leela Hope is a children's writer who has a wealth of knowledge on the subject. Knowing exactly what it is that children are looking for when it comes to reading, she seeks to educate and entertain her young readers. This will then provide them with a whole score of different stories, all in-depth, whilst appearing simple and easy to access upon the surface.

The best place to start is the Lee series, the earliest of Leela Hope's multi-book series: it opens with Lee Cleans His Room (2015) and runs to 4 books across 2015–2018, ending with Lee and his Giant Ear (2018). Leela Hope's other series stand alone, so they can be read in any order.

Leela Hope has 91 books catalogued in this guide, published between 2015 and 2018. 71 of them belong to 20 named series — the largest being the Today series with 6 books — and 20 are standalone titles, collections or anthologies.

Read each series in publication order — the numbered entries in each series follow the year each book first appeared. Leela Hope's series do not depend on one another, so they can be started in any order; by start date they are Lee (2015–2018, 4 books), Wally Raccoon (2016–2018, 5 books) and Tim and Finn the Dragon Twins (2017–2018, 4 books), plus 17 more.

This guide splits Leela Hope's 91 books into 20 named series and 20 titles that stand alone or appear only in collections: Today (6 books, 2018); Wally Raccoon (5 books, 2016–2018); Ernie the Elephant (4 books, 2018); Little Bear Dover (4 books, 2018); Princess Nancie (4 books, 2018), plus 15 further series.
