Kris Bock has lived in ten states and one foreign country, but she has been in New Mexico for over 20 years and considers it home. The southwestern landscapes inspire many of her stories. She lives with her husband, who works for the Bureau of Geology, and their ferrets. She enjoys hiking, archery, hanging out with friends, reading, and good food. Kris started writing romantic suspense for adults after years of writing for children under the name Chris Eboch. She published six romantic suspense novels set in the southwest, three standalones and a linked trilogy featuring archaeology and treasure hunting that starts with Desert Gold. From there she moved to writing romance and mystery novels. The Furrever Friends series launched in 2019 with the novel Coffee and Crushes at the Cat Café.
