Kelly Long is an American author of Christian fiction/Amish books best known for Ice Mountain series and Patch of Heaven book series. She was born and raised her childhood in North Central Pennsylvania. Kelly Long became a published author in 2005 when her standalone novel Hart’s Truth was released. Since then, Kelly has authored over a dozen omnibuses, novellas, and two book series Ice Mountain and Patch of Heaven. Sarah’s Garden Sarah’s Garden by Kelly Long is the first book in Patch of Heaven series. The narrative takes us into the lives of the King Family where we meet Sarah who takes comfort in her garden simply because she feels like she doesn’t fit in with the women in her community. She isn’t quite gifted at making fabric, and instead, she sees her garden as her quilt.
