John Beresford is a British science fiction & fantasy author who has been writing his whole life, but let his family and career get in the way of publishing for the first fifty or so years of that life. Now retired, he writes full-time and currently has several works to his credit. Four novels (a science fiction thriller about what can happen when Genetically Modified food goes wrong, and the fantasy trilogy The Berikatanyan Chronicles), two volumes of poetry, a book describing the “writing challenge” he undertook to overcome the early onset of writer’s block, and two albums of songs. He is presently working on a second trilogy set in his fantasy world of Berikatanya.
