Jane Feather is American British author of historical romance novels born in Cairo, Egypt in 1945. In the year 1984, the author wrote several contemporary romance novels using the pseudonym Claudia Bishop. Born in Cairo, Jane spent her childhood years in New Forest located in the south of England. She attended Oxford University where she graduated with a degree in applied social sciences. Jane Feather later shifted to New Jersey together with her husband and children to work as a psychiatric social worker. The author began her writing career in 1981 after she relocated to Washington D.C together with her family. Feather used pseudonym Claudia Bishop since her first publication in 1984 and 1986; she began writing novels under her real name. Feather has written different trilogy series as we. Jane Feather is the author of over 53 books across 13 series. Their most famous work is the Publication Order of Almost Books series, which has garnered millions of readers worldwide.
