Born December 18, 1962, James Sie is the author of Still Life Las Vegas, his debut fictional novel. It was a Lambda Literary Award nominee in the category of Best Gay Fiction. His YA novel All Kinds of Other was released not long after Still Life Las Vegas. He is a playwright who has written literary adaptations, receiving a Joseph Jefferson Citation for the work that he did on his adaptation of Island of the Blue Dolphins. He also received an After Dark Award for The Road to Graceland, his original work. He has also contributed various essays for publications such as The Advocate, Pen USA, The Rumpus, and FSG’s Book Keeping. He has also worked as a voiceover artis. James Sie is the author of over 2 books across 1 series. Their most famous work is the Publication Order of Standalone Novels series, which has garnered millions of readers worldwide.
