Hailey Piper is an American author who is best known for her “Worms and His Kings” series of novels. She grew up in the haunted woods of New York and she was just seven when she made use of Michael Crichton as her muse, as she wrote stories about dinosaurs. Through further writing and reading over many years, she developed her craft and is now known for novels that are usually themed on the marginalized and the powerless. For Hailey Piper, horror is a genre of honesty where she explores human desires and human nature which shape how we see the world and who we are. She has been a winner of the Bram Stoker Award, is an active member of the Horror Writers Association, and made the final shortlist for the Locus Award Finalist.
