Karber graduated summa cum laude from the University of Arkansas with a degree in English literature and mathematics. Then he moved to Los Angeles, where he got his Masters in Fine Arts from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts. In 2022, he created Murdle (which is a web-based daily murder mystery game that is modeled off of Wordle), after being a mystery enthusiast.
