Elise finds that the best part about being a writer is getting the voices out of her head. She is just half joking since while she does have scenes or images which pop into her head quite frequently (and repeatedly) if she does not write them down, the best thing has been connecting with bloggers and readers and other writers. Seeing her work in print or seeing somebody post online about her is still surreal for her however it is so awesome to have her story out there and have people enjoy it. That’s the best ever. She deals with writer’s block by trying to think about how she wants the chapter or scene to end. Typically if she starts at the end and move backwards, she is able to move past whatever it is that is blocking her. If that does not work, she steps away for just a couple of hours
