Ed Gorman

Ed Gorman was one of the noteworthy authors from America, who was famous for writing books based on the mystery, western fiction, crime fiction, thriller, and horror fiction genres. He was also a renowned anthologist of short stories. As a writer, Gorman wrote and published his stories in almost all the genres.

The best place to start is the Kolchak: The Night Stalker series, the earliest of Ed Gorman's multi-book series: it opens with The Night Stalker (1973) and runs to 22 books across 1973–2016, ending with Passages of the Macabre (2016). Ed Gorman's other series stand alone, so they can be read in any order.
