Diana Rowland is an urban fantasy writer, who loves writing novels and she lives with her husband and daughter a peaceful life in South Louisiana. She is best known for the Kara Gillian Series books and the White Trash Zombie Series. In 1998 she graduated from Clarion West Writers Workshop and she also earned a BS degree in Applied Mathematics for Georgia Tech, but soon after her graduation she forgot everything about maths. In 2005, she actually won first place in the 3rd quarter of the Writers of the Future Contest of her short story under the title ‘Scroedinger’s Hummingbird. Since 2011 she received several awards; she was awarded for the Best Fantasy Urban Protagonist for Angel Crowford of her famous series books ‘Even White Trash Zombies Get the Blues’. The fam.
