ⓘ About Chris Stewart
Christopher Douglas “Chris” Stewart was born in Logan (Utah) on July 15, 1960. He spent his early life in a dairy farm in Cache Valley, an agricultural valley of northern Utah and southeast Idaho, famous for the Bear River Massacre of 1863. His father was a pilot of the Air Force and after retiring, he became a teacher. His mother, Sybil S. Stewart, was an hard-worker, full-time housewife, awarded in 1996 as Utah Mother of the Year. Stewart attended the Sky View High School, where he graduated in 1978. Right after high school, he entered the Utah State University. He stayed in university and attended classes for a short period of time: as a matter of fact, after only one year he took a break and served in a Mormon mission in Texas.
