ⓘ About Beth Moore
Beth Moore is a general fiction and Christian writing and inspirational novelist. By the time the 1990s came around, she was teaching more than 2000 women and speaking to many congregations in the Texas south. While she was criticized by many Southern Baptist Convention leaders for speaking on Sundays, she still supported the SBC’s complementarian theology. But in 2021, she adopted an egalitarian theological position and had to leave the SBC and sever her publishing relationship with Lifeway Christian too. While she adopted egalitarian views, she has said that she is neither feminist nor liberal and is also pro-choice from conception to death.
