The best place to start is the Reading Program series, the earliest of Andrew Clements's multi-book series: it opens with Karen's Island (1995) and runs to 9 books across 1995–1998, ending with Milo's Great Invention (1998). Andrew Clements's other series stand alone, so they can be read in any order.
