Al Rennie

Al Rennie is a Canadian author of fiction. He is known for writing the Clearwater or the Joe Holiday series as it is also known. He is also the author of the Riverview series.

The best place to start is the Clearwater series, the earliest of Al Rennie's multi-book series: it opens with Clearwater Journals (2014) and runs to 50 books across 2014–2020, ending with Clearwater Birthday (2020). Al Rennie's other series stand alone, so they can be read in any order.

Al Rennie has 54 books catalogued in this guide, published between 2014 and 2020. Every one of them sits in one of 2 named series — the largest being the Clearwater series with 50 books.

Read each series in publication order — the numbered entries in each series follow the year each book first appeared. Al Rennie's series do not depend on one another, so they can be started in any order; by start date they are Clearwater (2014–2020, 50 books) and Riverview (2015, 4 books).

This guide splits Al Rennie's 54 books into 2 named series, with no standalone titles: Clearwater (50 books, 2014–2020); Riverview (4 books, 2015).
