Adam Christopher was born in Auckland, New Zealand on February 2, 1978 and was born with the name Adam Christopher McGechan. He moved, with his family, from his native New Zealand to North West England. While growing up in the 1980s, he listened to the Beatles and watched Doctor Who the Pertwee-era). Adam Christopher has worked as an editor on nine issues of Time/Space Visualizer, the New Zealand Doctor Who Fan Club (which he did from 2003 until 2009). Christopher’s fiction has found its way in Dark Fiction Magazine, Hub, and Pantechnicon. He has written many novels, for the “L.A.” Trilogy, “Spider Wars” series, and the “Empire State” novels, and even some stand alone novels. Christoper has also written some tie-in novels for the television series. Adam Christopher is the author of over 34 books across 13 series. Their most famous work is the Publication Order of Stranger Things Books series, which has garnered millions of readers worldwide. With such a prolific career, Adam Christopher has established themselves as one of the most influential authors in contemporary fiction.
